Natural spring water moves through the earth under its own pressure, absorbing naturally occurring minerals along the way — calcium, magnesium, potassium. It arrives clean, balanced, and alive with what nature intended it to carry.
Reverse osmosis forces water through a semi-permeable membrane under pressure, stripping out contaminants — but also removing virtually all naturally occurring minerals. The result is extremely pure water that is essentially mineral-free.
Alkaline water has a pH above 7 — typically between 8 and 9.5. It's either found naturally or produced artificially through electrolysis (ionization). Marketed heavily in the wellness space, its benefits are still widely debated by the scientific community.
